LONDON- 24 NOV - Mikel Arteta praised Martin Ødegaard’s influence as Arsenal defeated Nottingham Forest 3-0, ending their five-match winless run in the Premier League. Goals from Bukayo Saka, Thomas Partey, and a first league goal by 17-year-old Ethan Nwaneri secured the win. Ødegaard, making his first home appearance since August after recovering from injury, played a pivotal role in Arsenal's smooth and dynamic attack. The victory brought Arsenal level on points with third-placed Chelsea, reigniting their title challenge.

Saka opened the scoring in the 15th minute after a clever exchange with Ødegaard. Partey added a second with a stunning curling shot early in the second half, assisted by Saka. Nwaneri sealed the win in the 86th minute, converting Raheem Sterling's pass. Arteta praised Ødegaard’s impact, stating the team plays differently with him, and expressed confidence in the squad's readiness after the international break.
