KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 — Malaysia’s Under-23 football team, led by head coach Nafuzi Zain, has been drawn into Group A for the Asean U-23 Mandiri Cup 2025, where they will face hosts Indonesia, the Philippines, and Brunei. The tournament is set to run from July 15 to 29 in Jakarta.

According to a statement from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) today, Malaysia will open their campaign against the Philippines on July 15, take on Brunei on July 18, and wrap up the group stage with a match against Indonesia on July 21.

All Group A fixtures will be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta.

The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-finals on July 25, with the third-place playoff and final scheduled for July 29. — Bernama
