NEW DELHI, June 15 — A helicopter carrying six people crashed today in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand, according to news agency ANI.

The aircraft had reportedly gone missing in the Gaurikund area, ANI said, citing an official source.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami posted on X that the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), local authorities, and other rescue teams were actively involved in relief and rescue efforts.
