KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 — A Japanese woman in her 50s died after falling from the fourth floor of a condominium in SS16, Subang Jaya, earlier today.

Subang Jaya police chief ACP Wan Azlan Wan Mamat said officers arrived at the scene after receiving a MERS 999 emergency call and found the woman lying face down on the ground. Initial checks found no signs of foul play.

Investigations revealed that the victim was a housewife who had lived in Malaysia for about 14 years. Her family has been informed, and arrangements are being made to release her body to her husband.

The case is being treated as a sudden death, with a post-mortem planned to determine the cause. The investigation file will be referred to the Deputy Public Prosecutor for further action. — Bernama
