KUALA LUMPUR, April 1 — Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil announced that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will meet all state leaders tomorrow to address the global energy crisis and its economic impact.

Fahmi noted that key issues will be scrutinized during the session, with a subsequent briefing led by Deputy Prime Minister II Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof to outline the government's decisions and potential statements.

In a Facebook post yesterday, Anwar warned Malaysians to prepare for a toughening global energy market as Middle Eastern tensions escalate, following in-depth discussions with the National Economic Action Council on national welfare.

Despite an increasingly uncertain global landscape, the Prime Minister emphasized that Malaysia's economic fundamentals remain strong. He urged citizens to stay resilient and prioritize local products to buffer the country against these external shocks.
