LONDON, July 11 — Tottenham are set to sign Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White after activating his £60 million (RM348 million) release clause, according to reports yesterday.

The BBC reported that the 25-year-old England international is expected to undergo a medical today, as Spurs intensify their transfer efforts.

In addition, Tottenham are said to have reached a £55 million agreement with West Ham for winger Mohammed Kudus.

Gibbs-White had previously attracted interest from Manchester City following an impressive season that helped Forest secure a seventh-place finish in the Premier League. He recorded seven goals and 10 assists in 34 league appearances, earning senior England call-ups under both Lee Carsley and Thomas Tuchel.

His exit marks Nottingham Forest’s second major loss in quick succession, with Anthony Elanga reportedly on the verge of a £55 million move to Newcastle.
