KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 16 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced a Cabinet reshuffle in a live broadcast at 3.30pm today, bringing an end to months of speculation over unfilled posts.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 16 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced a Cabinet reshuffle in a live broadcast at 3.30pm today, bringing an end to months of speculation over unfilled posts.

Among the key changes, Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani was appointed minister of investment, trade and industry, replacing Senator Datuk Seri Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz.

Also named in the reshuffle were Akmal Nasir, a close associate of Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramly, who takes over as minister of economy, and Hannah Yeoh, who has been appointed minister in the Prime Minister’s Department in charge of federal territories. Yeoh previously served as youth and sports minister.
