Three newly created roles were introduced: Liew Chin Tong as strategic director, Chan Foong Hin as policy director, and Wong Kah Woh as election director. Loke proposed that these positions be formally incorporated into the party constitution in the future.

Additionally, the Central Executive Committee (CEC) election results saw Teo Kok Seong, Chow Kon Yeow, and Liow Cai Tung among the 30 committee members.

Announcing the new office-bearers, Loke stated that all appointments were made unanimously without contest. He also mentioned that the CEC will decide on the new parliamentary leader in its next meeting.

No additional members were co-opted into the CEC during this session, but Loke noted that further appointments could be made in an upcoming meeting.
