KUALA LUMPUR, May 23 — Men’s doubles pair Goh Sze Fei and Nur Izzuddin Rumsani booked their first Malaysia Masters final appearance in nine years by upsetting top seeds Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik today.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 23 — Men’s doubles pair Goh Sze Fei and Nur Izzuddin Rumsani booked their first Malaysia Masters final appearance in nine years by upsetting top seeds Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik today.

According to *The Star*, Sze Fei and Izzuddin defeated their national teammates 21-18, 21-12 in a 33-minute semifinal clash at the Unifi Arena in Bukit Jalil.

The duo last reached the Malaysia Masters final in 2017 in Sibu, Sarawak, where they finished as runners-up to Indonesia’s Berry Angriawan and Hardianto.

Sze Fei and Izzuddin will contest tomorrow's final against either fellow Malaysians Wan Arif Wan Junaidi and Yap Roy King, or Denmark's Daniel Lundgaard and Mads Vestergaard.
