WASHINGTON, July 1 — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to visit the White House next week for talks with President Donald Trump, as the U.S. intensifies efforts to secure a ceasefire in Gaza, a U.S. official confirmed on Monday.
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 12 — Today's Dewan Rakyat sitting will highlight the Social Innovation Policy (DIS), female military personnel, and updates on the Common Bar Course in Malaysia.
Datuk Seri Hasni Mohammad (BN-Simpang Renggam) will question the Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation on the challenges of effectively implementing DIS at the community level, especially in addressing social and economic inequalities.
Dr Siti Mastura Muhammad (PN-Kepala Batas) will inquire about the number of female military personnel in the land, air, and naval forces, as well as those on international humanitarian missions. Meanwhile, Chiew Choon Man (PH-Miri) will ask the Prime Minister for updates on efforts to introduce a Common Bar Course or Exam.
Dr Halimah Ali (PN-Kapar) will seek clarification from the Minister of National Unity on guidelines for government activities involving religious elements to prevent racial tension. Additionally, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail (PH-Bandar Tun Razak) will ask about the government's measures to boost affordable housing in urban areas.
