KUCHING, April 19 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today attended a Special Meeting and State Development Briefing at Wisma Bapa Malaysia as part of his one-day working visit to Kuching.‍

KUCHING, April 19 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today attended a Special Meeting and State Development Briefing at Wisma Bapa Malaysia as part of his one-day working visit to Kuching.

Upon his arrival, Anwar was taken directly to Wisma Bapa, where he joined the meeting alongside Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof, and members of the State Cabinet.

The meeting lasted approximately an hour.

Following that, Anwar attended the Madani Aidilfitri Celebration held at Stadium Perpaduan, Petra Jaya, at 12 noon.

Later, at around 1.50pm, he is expected to attend an open house hosted by Minister of Women, Family and Community Development Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri at Wisma Sabati, before departing for the capital at 3.15pm. — Bernama
