NEW YORK, May 23 — The Trump administration yesterday revoked Harvard University’s authorization to enroll foreign students—who make up over a quarter of its student body—in a sharp escalation of the president’s conflict with the prestigious institution.
KUALA LUMPUR, May 10 — Putrajaya and the Sarawak government have agreed to resolve all matters involving Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) and Petroleum Sarawak Bhd (Petros) through dialogue, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) announced.
The agreement was reached during a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim with Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, attended by the top leadership of both Petronas and Petros at the Perdana Putra complex in Putrajaya.
“The Prime Minister and Sarawak Premier have agreed to finalise key principles, previously outlined, to guide discussions between Petronas and Petros in the near future,” the PMO said in a statement yesterday.
The meeting was held in a cordial and cooperative spirit, reflecting the commitment to unity, the statement added.
The PMO also highlighted the importance of this agreement in unlocking the full potential of the collaboration between Petronas and Petros, particularly in accelerating commercial energy supply to Asean member states.
It further noted that both leaders had committed to resolving all prior issues through constructive dialogue. — Bernama
