WASHINGTON, Jan 7 — US President Donald Trump said on Monday that Venezuela’s interim government has agreed to supply between 30 million and 50 million barrels of oil to the United States, with the proceeds to be overseen by him.
In a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump said the oil would be sold at market prices, adding that the revenue would be managed under his authority to ensure it benefits both Venezuela and the United States.
